Book Review - UNNS - The Captivation by Sapan Saxena

Blurb:
Of course you know about the seven stages of love, but have you ever lived them? Atharva Rathod and Meher Qasim. Love birds since adolescence. Bonded by love, separated by circumstances. They part ways only to meet again. But this time, he is on secret mission…

Are they in control of their own destiny, or it’s their destiny which is making them dance to its tunes?
Only time would answer, as Atharva and Meher unwillingly and unknowingly transcend the seven stages of love.

A quintessential tale of love and romance marked beautifully by its own rustic old school charm.

About the book:
Unns is a storyline that merges and switched between thriller and romance genre. This book is one of its own kinds, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

Writing & Narration:
Sapan has done a wonderful job in narrating this out of the box story. It is moderately paced story in the beginning and it slowly gains speed as you read. It looked like watching a technicolour movie. Appreciable efforts by the editor and author!

Title & cover:
The title justifies the story and could not be replaced by any other substitute. The cover is apt with a blue rose, which plays an important role in the story. Overall, the presentation of book is fantastic and compliments the story.

My verdict:
Unns – the captivation served me a ‘never-before’ reading experience. The story switches between thriller and romance genre as Atharva and Meher fall in love and out of it and meet over again to achieve a fantabulous climax. Overall we can conclude that this book is a moderately paced love story decorated with some thrill and romance. Sharp nib editing and presentation of book makes it a ‘must-read’ package.
