Book Review - Heart of Bullet by Nikhil Kushwaha
Synopsis –
‘The only way to get close to those glittering stars in
heaven is, to look at a soldier with stars on his shoulders.’
Every time, they’re around, the thing we see is the bravery
awards, medals, the pride, but we can’t see is their heart that lies inside the
iron chest, some untold stories, sacrifices, and the hardship they’ve been
through. Every soldier has a story that is unique and extra ordinary.
A tale of brotherhood & heroism, a tale of love and
betrayal, ‘Heart of Bullets’, is about two best friends, Arpan & Sam, and
the untold story of their friendship, untold story of their love, Shradha, but
what happens when Sam gets hit by the enemy – across the border?
What will Arpan do to save his friend? Will love prevail
over friendship of lifetime?
There is a decision to be made, is the life without love,
and friends, better than dying to save the one who love the most?
About the story –
This is a story about two childhood friends, Sam and Arpan.
They are army officers and are very patriotic by nature. Sam and Arpan
eventually fall in love with the same girl, Shradha. Where one gets the girl
and other has to remain one sided lover.
There comes very ups and downs, twists and turns in the tale
when in the end Sam gets a bullet on his chest while fighting with enemies.
What will happen? Will he survive? Will he get his love?
My verdict –
The story is incredibly awesome and gives you Goosebumps at
times. We can never ever even think about what our soldiers sacrifice for us
just to keep us safe and we can never pay their debts. A huge salute to all the
soldiers out there. This story is really very interesting and keeps you
intrigued till the end.
But it has poor editing where the spark of this story ends.
Just because of poor editing story gets on and off sometime. This one thing
could make it a bestseller. Other than this, it lacks nowhere.
